“As a year round Maine resident, I found myself responsible for helping my stepfather transition to assisted living near me in Maine. He was too ill to return to his year round home in Boynton Beach Florida. I needed a realtor who could help me sell the home remotely. A relative, living in Massachusetts, had to sell her Boynton Beach condo, remotely, at the start of the Covid travel restrictions. She was lucky to select Maria Costa and Century 21 for her realtor. I made a 10 day trip to Boynton Beach to see my stepfather's home and meet Maria Costa. I was overwhelmed by the amount of work needed to clean out and renovate. Maria was a tireless cheerleader. She provided numerous recommendations for reliable contractors. Since I had to return to Maine, Maria made numerous trips to give access to workmen. Maria patiently guided me through HOA rules, city codes, and unique aspects of Florida realty law. Her "don't worry" support delivered in a beautiful Brooklyn accent still makes me smile.”
